The Mane Event is Geelong's festival for a good cause

Starting in 2014 from the pairing of Jon Gilchrist and Tristan Gall, The Mane Event has become one of Geelong's most exciting festivals for a good cause - and it draws one helluva crowd!

The aim is to raise money and awareness to combat the rising rate of suicide and support mental health services within the local community.

With both organisers having experience in the music industry, the duo (and the extended team behind them) have already achieved amazing things since the festival's inception. In 2014 raising $2,000, 2015 raising $3,000 and last year raising $8,000. This year is set to be a BIG one.
