Blackman's Brewery is hosting an Italian Feast


Held at the Torquay Blackman's Brewery, the team are bringing back the 'Italian Feast' and perhaps the greatest pairing for winter: beer and pasta.

The night is inspired in part by everyone's love for pasta, but moreso from the venue chef Glenn's love for cooking Italian food.

There isn't a set menu, but a number of dishes can be chosen from a special Italian menu on the night.

The menu for the night is:

Ravioli with buffalo ricotta, spinach, sage butter and reggiano parmigiana Spaghetti with spanner crab, chilli, fennel seed, lemon and parsley Tagliatelle with creme fraiche, lemon, rocket and Parmesan Cavatelli with home made Italian sausage Ragu, marjoram and pecorino toscana Tagliarini with butter, Parmesan, egg yolk and new season black truffles And for dessert: Flourless Chocolate nemesis and creme fraiche Zeppole with local honey and toasted almonds

It all goes down on Wednesday, 19 June from 6pm.
