A singles event is heading to Geelong, so gather your wingmen
When holiday season approaches, it seems like there can be nothing worse than being single at Christmas and the dreaded questions thrown at you by relatives. Hell, we've all seen Love Actually right?
That's why it's particularly exciting news that Singles Events Melbourne are heading to ol' G-Town to throw one massive singles shindig.
Set for November 24 from 7.30pm until late at Centra Hotel, the event is for under 39s and there'll be 200 potential suitors to choose from.
While there is an age restriction, there is a three-year leeway for people attending with someone who meets the requirement. Basically, if you're 42 but have a 36-year-old friend going, that's totally a-okay.
Tickets start at the early bird price of $25, with entertainment including games, giveaways, a catwalk and more.
