There's a new gin coming from the Great Ocean Road

Spoilt when it comes to wine in the region, the next big explosion to Geelong seems to be the creation of amazing gins.

This new gin made on the Great Ocean Road and soon to launch, joins the previously launched gin, Teddy and the Fox - meaning your G&T can now be made with local produce.

Branded as the Great Ocean Road Gin, the first batch is currently being trialled, with a full release set to come.

As the gin's page says, this gin will feature "indigenous botanicals, ruby saltbush, coast daisy, pigface, kelp and peppermint gum. A citrus forward gin with a hint of sea salt, and aroma of local bushland and native forest."

The gin is essentially a celebration of the tourist attraction, finding inspiration in the aromas, tastes and environment of the coast.

We've got the ice and slices of orange waiting!

Follow the business on Facebook for more information.
