A rooftop cinema is heading soon to Murphys
Just when we thought Murphys had given Geelong the greatest gift in its stunning rooftop bar, the venue has just announced the soon-to-be launched rooftop cinema.
Geelong has experienced a rooftop cinema once before on top of the Civic Centre Car Park building, but it was very short lived and, not to mention, there was no bar involved.
Details are still yet to come for the new addition to Murphys, but there's set to be pizza, beer, popcorn and bean bags - what more do you need? The venue have also done a call out asking for your favourite films, so now's your chance if you want to get heard.
If you haven't seen the views from the rooftop yet, that's reason enough to visit. Also, espresso martini on tap.
The winter screenings for the rooftop sessions will be up soon, and if you're worried about the cold, relax, Murphys has ample heating and a retractable roof.
