Blackman's Brewery is launching a new beer with a three-course feed
Masters in creating unique beer variations, Blackman's Brewery has a new one launching on July 20.
The beer in mention is a Tomato and Basil Gose and will be launched via a three-course beer and food pairing.
Tickets are limited to 20 spots, and will see the new Gose beer as well as the Mervyn Pale Ale and Juicy Juicy Bang Bang IIPL paired with Buffalo mozzarella with broad beans, lemon and rocket, slow cooked beef short rib in stout, and a rhubarb and almond tart with creme fraiche.
It all goes down tomorrow night (Friday, July 20) from 6.30pm at the Torquay venue and costs $60.
