The Deck is donating $1 of every parma to farmers this week
From August 6 to August 12, The Deck are kindly donating $1 from every parmi sold to Rural Aid Australia - which is assisting farmers doing it tough.
The concept comes from an initiative created by a Bendigo venue, coining the week 'Parma for a Farmer' - so we'll forgive them for not using 'parmi' given it's for an amazing cause.
As well as the whole week of generosity, on Wednesday will be the big night, with parmi and drink specials all night.
There are more than 100 venues on board, but The Deck is the one we know of in Geelong. What better reason to have a parmi than to support our hard-working farmers?
