The chosen coastal location is Anglesea, and will be opening in the coming months.
The Hot Chicken Project is known for making just that, hot chicken. With a variety of sides, burgers and some vegetarian and vegan options, the eatery is one of the most popular locations on Little Malop Street.
So if you're ever in Anglesea in the future, you can get a bit of Geelong away from home.
