Learn the art of making cheese with this Geelong workshop
Cheese, is there anything better in life? For cheese-lovers the answer would be a resounding no.
For those who want to learn how to make this Godly creation, there is a workshop happening at A Good Place to Start to do just that.
Set for Wednesday, November 7, this cheese workshops will let Artisan cheesemaker Charlene Angus dispel the concept that cheese is difficult to make at home.
In the workshop (which costs $150) you'll make a fetta, a gourmet style fetta and then finish off the day using the whey to make traditional ricotta cheese.
