The Christmas tree launches in Geelong this Friday
There's nothing like getting into the Christmas spirit early, and the launch of Geelong's iconic tree is set to be just the right occasion for it.
Launching on Friday, November 9 from 6.30pm, the infamous tree will be lit up by one lucky kid pulling the switch and a fireworks show to coincide with the light show. Performers are also set for the Waterfront, with acts to be announced shortly.
Once you're done celebrating the Christmas tree, head to City Hall for some festive projections.
